“No matter how many hurdles the Seemandhra leaders create, Telangana state would be a reality by Feb” assured Deputy Chief Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha. He was speaking after launching the 2014 Dairy of Telangana Employees Association.
He reminded that all the leaders who were opposing Telangana now, have supported the state in their manifestos.
TJAC chairman Prof Kodandaram said that the statehood process has reached its last leg. He advised that Telangana people should be very cautious at this crucial juncture. Kodandaram announced that the JAC would do a Maha Dharna at Indira Park on Jan 7th with a demand to table the statehood bill in Parliament.
BJP state president G Kishan Reddy announced that even if all the Seemandhra MPs oppose the bill, BJP MPs would ensure that the bill is passed.
TRS leaders Eetela Rajendar, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, TJAC leaders Malepalli Lakshmaiah, Telangana Employees Association President Vittal and several Telangana leaders participated in the meeting.
