The Congress former MP Ponnam Prabhakar’s brother Ashok Goud is aiding the accused in the MLAs poaching case clearly exposing the conspiracy by two parties.
Accused and advocate Srinivas has confessed that he booked flight tickets to another accused Simhayaji for puja purpose. Now Ashok Goud is arguing in favour of Srinivas in the High Court.
It is evident that Srinivas was a follower of BJP state president Bandi Sanjay and without the party permission he cannot book flight tickets to Simhayaji.
He also had an hour long phone conversation with another accused Nanda Kumar which was revealed during SIT interrogation.
Advocate Ashok Goud was additional solicitor general in the High Court in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh and had been working with the Congress party for long. He also maintains good contacts with the BJP as well.
During the Huzurabad by-election, the Congress deliberately fielded weak candidate and helped BJP win the seat.
Both the BJP and Congress differ at New Delhi but work closely clandestinely in Telangana state.
Though the BJP was exposed in MLAs poaching case, the TPCC does not point a finger at it thus exposing the links between the parties.
