Protests by TRS activists over erratic power supply rocked the 10 districts of Telangana. Responding to party president KCR’s call, TRS cadre conducted sit-in protests in front of electricity sub-stations at several places.
Rastaroko was also held on all major highways of the region. Protesters also burnt the effigies of state government.
MLA K. Tarakarama Rao led the protests in Duddeda village of MEdak district. Other MLA and leaders participated in the protests in their respective constituencies.
