The National Council of Science Museums has decided to set up an innovation club at the regional science centre, Warangal.
The State Technical Council and National Council of Science and Museums came to an understanding at a conference held a Kolkata recently. State council member secretary Marupaka Nagesh and National Council of Sciences director S Kumar signed a MoU and the expenditure for the same is estimated at Rs 60 lakh. The fund has to be shared equally by the State and Central governments.
Minister Indrakaran Reddy and TSCOST Vice Chairman Rajat Kumar were instrumental in the task to secure innovation hub to Warangal city.
