Chief Minister Mr KCR has instructed party leaders Bura Narasaiah Goud and Karne Prabhakar to work for victory of the party in Munugodu Assembly by-election. That should ensure the victory of party candidate K Prabhakar Reddy. The CM said he had been actively working for the party since 2003. He unfortunately lost the election in 2018. Mr KCR said in future all the leaders will get political opportunities and they need not bother. The by-election was necessitated as the sitting Congress MLA K Rajagopal Reddy resigned and joined the BJP. He is contesting on BJP ticket while P Sravanthi is contesting on Congress ticket. The ruling TRS has fielded K Prabhakar Reddy. Both Mr Narasaiah Goud and Karne Pabhakar also aspired for the Munugodu ticket. However, party supremo Mr KCR has selected K Prabhakar Reddy.
