Telangana continued to hog the limelight for the second consecutive day at the BIO International convention in the USA.
The number of visitors to the convention are increasing and in the India Pavilion, Telangana continued to be a major attraction, claimed TS industries department.
Industries minister Jupally Krishna Rao inaugurated the India Pavilion at BIO International Convention in USA on Wednesday. BIO Exhibition featured more than 1,700 exhibitors. Jupally also inaugurated Telangana stall which attracted more investors than any other country at the convention, according to an official release.
Krishna Rao interacted with representatives from Canada, Korea, Mexico, Russia, and other countries at the stalls.
At the Indo-US trade meeting attended by Krishna Rao, the participants applauded the new industrial policy of Telangana. Later, the minister held talks with Pfizer, Merck, Glaxo Smith Kline and other leading companies.
