Chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhara Rao has said the state government will buy the paddy if central refuses.
He asked farmers not to resort to desperate selling as they will surely get the minimum support price of Rs 1,960.

Soon the Telangana government will bring out an integrated agricultural policy to help and guide farmers from time to time.
The chief minister Mr KCR who returned to Hyderabad after the massive protest meeting at New Delhi demanding procurement of paddy, chaired a cabinet meeting. He discussed the current developments with his cabinet colleagues.
Mr KCR reiterated that he would forge an alliance with all non BJP chief ministers and political parties to unseat the BJP at centre.
The policies or programs of BJP are anti people and anti nation. It had diluted the federal spirit of the country. It has been adopting anti democratic ways to continue in power.

The chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao sought to know what good did the BJP do to the people of the country except by harassing them with demonetization, GST, misuse of Central agencies to suppress opposition or criticizing its policies?
Mr KCR wanted people to strengthen the hands of the ruling TRS party for better governance and welfare of communities.
