International wireless technology company Silicon Labs has opened its office in Hyderabad. State IT principal Secretary Mr Jayesh Ranjan inaugurated the office at Sattva Knowledge city 2.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Jayesh Ranjan said Telangana offered an industry-friendly environment and the talent pool is abundant here. Hence the companies are preferring Hyderabad city.
The company presently has 500 hardware, software and senior engineers and plans to employ 1500 staff in the next three years.
He further said the Telangana government encouraged incubators in a big way in innovation and VLSI technology that offered more opportunities to senior engineers and analysts.
