Rythu Bandhu helps check migration

Farmers across the state are happy as the Rythu Bandhu ended their problems. Also, the importance given to the revival of tanks brought much-awaited happiness.

Pulipati Mohan Rao of Kotagadda village, Bayyaram mandal in Mahabubabad district said earlier they used to depend on private money lenders for crop investments, waiting for rains or tanks to be filled. With the BRS government coming up with Rythu Bandhu and Mission Kakatiya, their problems ended.

He said due to drought conditions and lack of support to agriculture by past governments, he was forced to migrate to Surat to work as a daily wage worker. As chief minister KCR announced his support for farmers, he came back to the village and is now happy with his cultivation. He said he is getting Rythu Bandhu two times a year and it brought much comfort.

He added that he is happy with the increased agricultural production and good remunerative price.
