Record revenue from registrations department in Telangana.

The Telangana state registrations department has collected a record of Rs 1,000 per month.
By December it is expected to register an all time record.
According to officials, the departmented earned Rs 7,061 crore for 2019 and 2020 and Rs 5,260 crore for 2020 and 2021. It earned Rs 6,250 in the first nine months of 2021 and 2022.
The real estate sector witnessed a boom all over the state after formation of separate Telangana unlike in integrated state where real estate thrived only in Hyderabad. This was made possible with the launch Dharani portal which is more transparent and user friendly in transfer and sale of property eliminating middle men and corruption.
The land rates have gone up phenomenally particularly in rural areas as the government ensured free power and irrigation and drinking water in every hamlet.
More people, even the tech savvy youth, are turning to farming with the introduction of more farmer friendly initiatives by the chief minister Mr KCR such as Rythu Bandhu to Rythu Beema.

Modern methods of farming are a trend now in the new Telangana state. Production of saffron in Hyderabad based start-up vouches for the fact.
