Pic: Ramesh Goud’s reunion with family
Prayers of crores of Telanganites seem to have been answered. Ramesh Goud, a teacher who went missing after informing media about this intention to commit suicide for Telangana state, returned to his home yesterday.
A massive man hunt was launched by the state police and scores of Telangana activists from past 5 days to locate Ramesh.
TRS supremo K Chandra Sekhar Rao had issued a personal appeal to Ramesh and urged him to come back home. On knowing about Ramesh’s return a relieved KCR said that Ramesh has taken the right decision an he should serve as an inspiration to others. KCR said he would invite Ramesh to his home in a couple of days and will have lunch with him.
Speaking to media outside his home, Ramesh said that the appeals by fellow Telanganites and KCR have made him to reconsider his decision. Ramesh’s family thanked Namasthe Telangana newspaper, and T-News channel for their support during the hour of crisis.
