The recent marathon inspection of the temple renovation works at Yadadri by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, many are now interested to contribute to the development of the temple.
Those rich and famous know the ways but those hailing from middle classes and devout employees working in private companies remain clueless about how they can do their bit.
According to temple executive officer N Geetha, those interested can deposit money in temple bank account – No 6814884695, IFSC code IDIB000Y011, Indian Bank, Yadagirigutta branch as per their capacity.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has allocated Rs 1800 crore and also announced his personal contribution of gold weighing 1.16 kg for the renovation of this ancient temple. Since then many came forward offering gold in large sums, of course, that is far from enough for the gold covering of Vimana Gopuram of this modern miracle. It requires 125 kg of gold.
Mr KCR has urged the generous to contribute their might and also announced that if need be they would buy gold from the Reserve Bank of India during his yesterday tour. Many MLAs have announced that they would contribute gold on behalf of their respective constituencies and many industrialists were also donating gold.
The Executive Officer appealed to the general public to donate their share and take part in the stupendous task of rebuilding the historic temple restoring all its splendour and glory.
