Housing for every poor family, CM KCR

HYDERABAD: IN every constituency nearly 1,000 to 1,500 poor would get Rs 5 lakh construction of house in their vacant plots very soon, said chief minister KCR.

The state government which took up the poor housing as prestigious programme would complete it by cent percent come what may. The TRS government has spent five times in seven years than the Congress that spent in ten years of its ruling.

The chief minister Mr KCR warned the Opposition leaders not to muddling the politics for their selfish ends resorting to false propaganda. It was wrong to say that the Telangana government was getting funds from the Center. “The actual per capita income the states is Rs 1,70215 across the country while in Telangana, it is Rs 2,37,630 as against the national average of Rs 1,28,828. It is there is logic in their argument?,” he sought to know.

Mr KCR further listed out how much his government spent for the welfare and economic development of SC/ST/BC and minorities compared to that any previous government.

“We are setting up five new medical colleges in district headquarters to strengthen the medical infrastructure in the state. Had any previous government ever gave a thought about this much-needed requirement of poor of this region?” he posed.
