Follow good health practises, the health Minister tells people

Health Minister T Harish Rao has appealed to people to wear masks and maintain social distance in public places in view of the corona variant omicron threat.
The Minister said two omicron cases were reported in the state and hence people should be alert. The government is fully geared up to meet any exigency but people should also supplement the efforts of the government.
Mr Harish Rao asked people to take vaccination. He said people should not believe in rumours and even pregnant women can also take vaccination.
The state government targets to complete the vaccination drive by this month end.
He said the health department staff would come to the door if those in need ask for vaccination.
