Bathukamma was celebrated in Dubai by the Emirate Telangana Cultural Association. Hundreds of Telanganites living in UAE and GCC countries participated in the festival. Rani Rudrama, Asst Editor at T-News was the chief guest for this year’s Dubai Bathukamma celebrations.
