Contrary to the tall claims of the Congress government, employees in many government departments are not receiving salaries on the first day of the month. Around 12,000 Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (TVVP) employees comprising permanent, contract, and outsourcing staff, continue to await their salaries.
While employees of the DPH and DME departments received their wages, those under TVVP remain unpaid, leading to widespread dismay. The employees are disheartened as they couldn’t happily celebrate the Ugadi festival.
