Congress determined to undo good work done by BRS: CM KCR in Bhongir

BRS president and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has appealed to people not to vote in a frenzy and instead be cool and think twice before polling their vote.

Addressing an impressive gathering at the junior college grounds at Bhongir on Monday, Mr KCR has asked people not to get carried away by what others say. They should think of the past, present and future before voting. There were days when unruly elements harassed people in Bhuvanagiri. The BRS government successfully eliminated them and brought the peace back.

Now the Congress leaders are determined to undo all the good things done by the BRS party to the people of Telangana. “They want to remove the right of a farmer over his land by scrapping Dharani. They want to bring the middlemen and brokers again. They say KCR is wasting electricity by giving 24 hours free power to farmers. Just three hours of power is enough for irrigation”.

Mr KCR said being a farmer himself he knows the problems of farmers and what they need. After a lot of exercise and thought process, the Dharani was put in place. Having seen the prolonged drought, irrigation is revived and power is restored. Now this Bhuvanagiri district is breathing a new lease of life. The farmers should not allow others to disturb it.

Mr KCR said he was aware of the desire of farmers. The Baswapur reservoir named after the presiding deity in Yadadri temple as Narasimhasagar will be inaugurated soon. It would help bring one lakh acres under cultivation. More such good things are due to happen, provided people bless the BRS party.
People should send Pailla Sekhar Reddy to the Assembly with a huge majority and the rest would be taken care of by himself.

“I will come here again to inaugurate Baswapur reservoir,” he told the cheering crowds. Minister G Jagadiswar Reddy, Ponnala Laxmaiah and others were present.
