Congress and TDP are Razakars: Kishan Reddy

BJP State President G Kishan Reddy urged the Telangana people to wage a war against the ruling Congress Party and the principal opposition TDP on the lines of their fight against the Razakars.

The BJP leader toured the district for the third day on Tuesday as part of his Telangana Poru Yatra. He stayed overnight at Jagityal and addressed a gathering at Old High School Grounds on Tuesday morning.

“Instead of coming on to roads for separate Telangana, it is better for the Telangana TDP leaders to stage a dharna in front of the NTR Bhavan and lay siege to the house of their party president Nara Chandrababu Naidu,” he remarked.

He toured several villages in the Vemulawada constituency. “The BJP will carve out Telangana State after resuming power at the Centre in 2014. The Poru Yatra is not for electoral gains but to induce confidence among the people in the region,” he clarified.

At a road show in Korutla, Kishan Reddy demanded an explanation from CM Kiran Kumar Reddy for making women leave their footwear 3 km away from the venue of his meetings.

Kishan Reddy will conclude his yatra in Karimnagar on Tuesday night and enter Warangal district on Wednesday. BJP District President Mesa Arjun Rao and others accompanied him. [The HANs India]
