A series of protests rocked all the district headquarters of Telangana on Tuesday. The Telangana Political JAC had given a call for “Collecterate Muttadi” demanding immediate tabling of statehood bill in parliament and also to protest against the state government’s failure to honor the promises it made to employees and students.
Top leaders like Political T-JAC chairman Prof Kodandaram, employees JAC leaders Swamy Goud, Srinivas Goud, Nagam Janardhan Reddy, TRS politburo member Jitender Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao participated at a dharna organized in Mahabubnagar town. They addressed the Telangana activists at dharna site. Later they presented a memorandum to the District Collector Purushotham Reddy.
In Sangareddy, senior TRS leader and MLA T Harish Rao addressed the Telangana activists in front of the Collectorate. He said that they would not rest until the statehood process is completed.

The Collectorate Muttadi at RR district collectorate turned tense as TRS, BJP and JAC activists clashed with the police. Senior TRS leader Nayani Narasimha Reddy led the protests.
In Khammam a huge rally was taken out to the district collectorate. Cadre of CPI ML New Democracy, TRS and BJP participated in large numbers.
