CM Mr KCR convenes MPs meeting ahead of Parliament monsoon session.

As the Parliament monsoon session is scheduled to begin on July 18, Telangana chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao has convened a meeting of all MPs today.

He would direct them on how the party should expose the BJP government and its misdeeds. The MPs would be directed to take up different subjects and how the central government was discriminating against Telangana state.

They should also question how the BJP government toppled the elected governments in different states and its undemocratic tactics. The anti-people policies of the BJP government should be exposed thoroughly.

The BJP government adopted anti-people policies and took all regressive steps taking back the country to uncivilised state. The TRS MPs should also engage themselves in talking to other like-minded party leaders and take them along with them in questioning the Mr Modi government in Parliament.

Mr KCR is determined to protect the secular and federal spirit and democracy in the country. Hence he is going aggressively against the divisive politics of BJP government. It is his desire to unseat the BJP government and save the country from further collapse.

The chief minister held conversations over the telephone with the leaders of various political parties on Friday on the approach to be adopted to take on Mr Modi’s government in the ensuing Parliament session.

While the Telangana government could make rapid progress in agriculture, irrigation, IT, and other sectors, the central government had failed to make any progress. Mr Modi observed silence over the falling rupee value that severely affected the country’s economy. It is likely to lead to further turmoil.

The central government which lauded the Telangana government’s implementation of MNREGS and rural development several times has adopted double standards now. It is denying the fund due under the scheme. It is sheer discrimination against the Telangana government.

Mr KCR might call for repeated protests by MPs in the Parliament over these and a host of other issues.
