CM KCR is a great patron of traditions like ancient kings, Yadadri Chief Priest says

Expressing his happiness at the unexpected transformation of Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadadri, its chief priest Nallanthigal Lakshmi Narasimha Charyulu showered praises on chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao.

According to him, the temple has received great patronage from the state government for the first time in his life. The priests pledged to live up to the expectations of the government and devotees by introducing 100 new puja programs in addition to the existing 125 pujas in 365 days and offering quality prasadams to visitors.

“Long ago, the then chief minister Mr Anjaiah added Raja Gopuram and the temple looked like a small cave then. After a long time, Mr KCR has focused on developing this temple and the credit goes to his parents for having given birth to such a great person,” Mr Charyulu explained.

The chief priest said every detail was worked out as per the Pancharatragama principles and the renovation was carried out under the direct guidance of Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy.

“Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy is a powerful god. Those offering prayers will get solace from many ills – Kuja dosha, infertility, Navagraha dosha among others,” he said.

The chief priest equating Mr KCR to ancient kings like Sri Krishnadevaraya, thanked him for increasing the age limit for priests. Now as many as 25 priests are working and another 25 new will be recruited soon to meet the demands of the temple,” Mr Charyulu summed up.
