The Telangana state capital Hyderabad that was back office for many IT companies has now turned into a backbone, said IT & Municipal Administration minister Mr K T Rama Rao.
Briefing the delegates at the TRS party plenary about the transformation of Hyderabad, he said the city is now the heart of Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and many other IT giants of the world. It was all possible with the state government’s initiatives and reforms.
A land bank was created for those investing in Hyderabad, infrastructure was made ready, incentives are being accorded and hassle-free permissions are given now with TSiPass like policies.
The state government has increased the number of police commissioners from two to nine thus ensuring safety and security to companies and professionals. Thus it was turned into a safe city.
“Not just the IT companies, pharma companies, Defence companies and many are showing interest in establishing their branches in Hyderabad,” minister Mr Rama Rao said.
The TRS government in the state adopted the three I’s formula – Innovation, Infrastructure, and Inclusive Growth – and this has yielded good results. The government was also encouraging the startups offering many incentives thus bringing in more investment and more employment in the state.
