Bain Capital-owned ‘VXI Global Solutions’ to set up a 10,000-employee Delivery Centre in Hyderabad

Hyderabad once again exemplified its status as a premier destination for global investors seeking a conducive ecosystem and boundless opportunities. One more name added to the list of marquee companies which made Hyderabad home.

IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao’s trip to the US has resulted in yet another huge investment by a global firm. A leading provider of innovative customer care and customer experience (CX) solutions, Bain Capital-owned VXI Global Solutions, announced its entry into Hyderabad. The tech giant will set up a delivery center in the City with the potential to create employment opportunities for 10,000 people.

The investment was announced after Erika Bogar King, Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of VXI Global Solutions met with Minister K.T. Rama Rao in Houston. During the meeting, Minister KTR explained how Telangana became an investment magnet in the last nine years. “Telangana, known for its progressive policies, robust infrastructure, and skilled workforce, has consistently attracted investment from both national and international companies. Guided by CM Sri KCR’s vision, we fostered an environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship, nurturing the growth of various sectors,” the Minister said.

The Minister emphasized that out of the 4.50 lakh jobs created in the IT industry across the country last year, 1.5 lakh were in Hyderabad. “The announcement by VXI firmly places the city as a favorite destination for IT companies and job seekers,” Minister KTR added.

Founded in 1998, VXI Global Solutions has 40,000 employees in more than 42 locations in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean. VXI Global Solutions has established itself as a trusted provider of customer experience solutions to the world’s leading brands. Backed by private equity investor Bain Capital, VXI is recognized as one of the fastest-growing privately held business services organizations in the United States.

The decision of VXI Global Solutions to set up a delivery center in Hyderabad with 10,000 employees underscores the strength of Hyderabad’s dynamic business ecosystem. The city, known for its talented workforce and favorable business environment, was the natural choice for VXI. About 5,000 employees would be added in the first two to three years itself.

The establishment of VXI’s delivery center in Hyderabad will not only create employment opportunities for 10,000 professionals but also contribute to the city’s economic growth.

Principal Secretary of IT and Industries Departments, Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, Special Secretary, Investment Promotion & NRI Affairs, Mr. E Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Director of Telangana Digital Media Wing, Mr Konatham Dileep and Chief Relations Officer, Mr. Amarnath Reddy Atmakuri were present in the meeting.
