The Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Limited (TSTDC) proposes to develop a world class spiritual and meditation centre at the famous Ramappa Island in Warangal district and a theme park and gardens at the Lower Maniar Dam Reservoir in Karimnagar district.
The TSTDC has earmarked over `3.26 crore for the proposed spiritual centre, which is planned to be developed in about five acres, and `15.17 crore for the theme park and gardens at the LMD reservoir. The latter will be developed in about 43 acres.
The TSTDC has invited ‘expression of interest’ for conceptualisation, master plan, design and PPT from sarchitectural consultants for these works. TSTDC will constitute an expert panel to evaluate the concept plans.
