The American-based software solutions company Techwave which already has two offices in Hyderabad and one in Khammam plans to open another office at Warangal.
Company co-founder and CEO G Rajasekhar said with a view to expanding their operations to Tier-II cities, it was decided to open a new office at Warangal in the next financial year.
At their Khammam office, presently 120 employees and it would be increased to 250 by December. They plan to recruit 100 to 150 at Warangal office.
Mr Rajasekhar said there was no dearth of talent in Telangana which is a proven fact that is the reason why many global companies are setting up their offices here. Presently they are employing 2,500 and it would be increased to 8,000 by 2025.
He said many employees are leaving their jobs despite the best training offered by the IT companies. In the last two years, there has been a demand for employees in IT companies. Many are leaving the jobs within two years though the company is offering training on the latest developments in technology, he added.
