As the CBI served a notice on MLC K Kavitha to disclose the details of Delhi liquor scandal, she asked them to come to her home at Hyderabad.
The CBI served a notice under section 160 of CrPC requesting her to disclose to them the details she has been acquainted with. They also requested her where they could approach her at Delhi or Hyderabad.
The notice did not mention anything more.
She already said she would cooperate with the investigating agencies without any hesitation. She said she is prepared to face the officials and nothing to fear about it.
MLC K Kavitha appealed to the party cadre to remain calm and not to lose their composure.
Meanwhile the BJP leaders are deriving vicarious pleasure over the development. The party’s social media is trying to tarnish the image of the TRS leader spitting venom on her for no reason as it is their habit.
MLC K Kavitha has said the CBI notice is about seeking clarification from her and not for grilling her. They only asked for her support in their investigation about the role of AAP leader Manish Sisodia and if she has any acquaintance with the details.
