The BJP application for transfer of farmhouse gate scandal to CBI has been rejected by the High Court.
The Court wanted the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to continue its probe under the supervision of judge Vijaysen Reddy and submit the report by November 29.
The Court wanted the SIT to carry out the investigation transparently and not to leak information.
Earlier the BJP leader G Premender Reddy filed a petition urging the court to stop the SIT from probing. As it was struck off, again he moved the Court now asking it to transfer the case to CBI as they do not have confidence in local police. Again the Court rejected the BJP plea.
The BJP leaders who said they have nothing to do with the luring of TRS MLAs have been running from pillar to post to see that the investigation is stopped for the reasons best known to them.
The chief minister K Chandrasekhara Rao clearly exposed the nefarious activity of BJP that tried to lure the ruling party MLAs with audio video evidence.
Shocked by the revelations and being exposed, the BJP leaders are running helter-skelter to save their skin.
The people of Telangana have already come to know of the dirty tricks of BJP and are waiting to teach the party a fitting lesson.
