It was the vision of the chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao who always said it was his duty to help every poor family in the state. He said Telangana owns the migrant labour too and described them as partners in state development. He ensured free food, free trains, and net cash to all the migrant labour hailing from Odisha, Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and other states.
Mr KCR made it all possible with his untiring efforts increasing the food production in the state through the development of irrigation and power sectors.
His motto is “not a single family should go hungry in Telangana” and he did it.
