Minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao toured Huzurnagar and Munugode assembly constituencies to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for a slew of developmental activities.
Later, speaking at a public meeting in Huzurnagar, KTR said that Telangana gram panchayats gained national-level recognition and the Palle Pragathi programme brought a sea change in villages. “Today, CM KCR’s schemes are reaching every home,” KTR added.
“The Telangana government is constructing an ultra mega power plant at Damaracherla by spending Rs. 30 crores,” KTR said. He added that the Huzurnagar constituency is undergoing development at a rapid pace after the by-elections and people should note who is the reason for the state’s progress.
Taking a strong objection to union minister Kishan Reddy’s words, KTR said, “Kishan Reddy just blabbers and whatever he blabbers are lies.” He added that If we question Kishan Reddy, he won’t even answer a single question.
The minister fired at the BJP leaders saying that they remain mute spectators despite the centre not allocating funds to Telangana and their focus was only on inciting communal hatred. KTR said that Bharatiya Janata Party is dangerous and the youth should not fall into its trap. He said that BJP’s only job was to stoke communal tensions.
KTR said that the BJP had only benefited corporate forces and people fell into the abyss. He said that while Telangana showed a way to the nation, the country is in debt because of Narendra Modi. He said that the schemes of Telangana are a role model to the country now.
KTR added that the TRS became BRS for the nation. “CM KCR’s aim is to bring a change in the country,” he said.
