The Telangana government fared well on all sectors of performance indicators.
The Reserve Bank of India in its report titled “Handbook of Statistics on Indian states for the year 2020-21” observed that Telangana state per capita domestic product is Rs 2,37,632 lakhs and gross domestic product is Rs 9,80,40,701 lakh.
The per capita power available in Telangana state is 1,904.5 units as against the national average of 1,301.4 units.
The enrolment of children in primary schools that is first to fifth classes in Telangana state is 111.9 as against national average of 102.7.
In classes sixth to eight, the school enrolment in Telangana state is 97.4 as against the national average of 88.9.
State IT minister Mr KT Rama Rao said the facts speak volumes about the efforts being made by the ruling TRS government in improving the standard of living of people in Telangana. No stone is left unturned in achieving the all round development of Telangana state and economic and social empowerment of people.
The report was released by the national body and cannot be disputed by BJP or other parties who daily spit venom on the state government and its ruling party leaders.
