Here are the sample forms of the Comprehensive Household Survey to be held on 19th August 2014.
Please note that students and employees working in other states and countries need not come home to attend the survey. Their families can show identity proofs and get their family members enrolled.
If you are unable to stay at your home on the day of the survey, there will be provision to enroll yourself at a later date.
