T-Hub secures Rs 5 crore from the Central government.

Telangana’s startup ecosystem building T-Hub has been selected under the Start India Seed Fund Scheme by the Government of India.

T-Hub CEO M Srinivasa Rao said the fund would be disbursed among the 15 startups in the span of three years. The fund is aimed at providing financial assistance to startups for proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, market entry, and commercialisation.

Mr Rao wanted the startup to apply for funding at https://seedfund.startupindia.gov.in. The seed fund allocated to T-Hub will focus on supporting technology start-ups and innovations which are minimum viable product ready and in need of funds.

Incubator Seed Management Committee (ISMC) comprising investors, academics, subject experts, and government representatives would select the eligible start-ups.
