The involvement of BJP top brass was found. The call data since 2015 analysis shows how the BJP toppled the elected governments in Karnataka, Maharashtra, New Delhi and six other states. Those states are now contemplating to initiate legal action as did the Telangana government.
One of the accused Ramachandra Bharathi was found having close nexus with the BJP and RSS.
In the farmhouse dealings, the accused took the name of Amith Shah for 20 times and gave a message that Prime Minister Mr Modi was directly involved in the deal. Calls and messages to Jaggu Swamy, Santosh and Saketh were also found.
With this indisputable evidence, the BJP leaders cannot absolve themselves from the crime.
Meanwhile, the Cyberabad police issued a lookout notice against Jaggu Swamy.
One of the accused Ramachandra Bharati has said they were planning to topple the AAP government.
The SIT was bewildered at the details being revealed as it sifted through the hundreds and thousands of calls and messages.
