Rich tributes paid to Akula Bhoomaiah

Thousands of Telangana activists and several Telangana leaders paid rich tributes to TPF President Akula Bhoomaiah, who was killed in an accident Tuesday night. Bhumaiah’s body was taken from Gandhi Hospital to Secunderabad Martyrs Memorial as a rally. The body was kept at Martyrs Memorial so that people can pay homage.

VIRASAM leader Vara Vara Rao opined that Bhoomaiah was murdered by the state government. He demanded a thorough inquiry into the incident.

Prof Kodandaram, Mallepalli Lakshmaiah, M Vedakumar, Gaddar, Manda Krishna Madiga, Nayini Narasimha Reddy, Deviprasad, vittal, MLC Chukka Ramaiah, MP Rapolu Anand Bhasker, MLA Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Vara Vara Rao, K Ramachandra Murthy, N Venugopal, Allam Narayana, Juluri Gowri Shankar, Vimalakka, Pasham Yadagiri were among the several prominent Telanganites, who have paid respects to Akula Bhoomaiah.

The body was shifted to his native village Kachapur in Karimnagar District. People paid floral tributes to their leader all through the route.

TRSLP Leader Eetela Rajendar, MLA Koppula Eeswar, Ex MLA Naradasu Lakshman Rao paid tributes at Karimnagar town.

The cremation would happen Thursday morning at Kachapur village.

A case of murder has been registered by the Hyderabad police. The driver of the tipper has been arrested yesterday.
