“We are the descendants of heroes of Telangana Peasant Armed Struggle and will not fear police lathis and barricades”, thundered TJAC Chairman Prof Kodandaram. He said Telangana activists would give a fitting reply to the conspiracies of Seemandhra government.
Kodandaram participated in several preparatory programs held in Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad districts, for the Chalo Assembly protest.
Prof Kodandaram flagged off a Bus Yatra at Moinabad and participated in JAC preparatory meetings at Turkayamjal and Secunderabad Cantonment.
He called upon the people of Ranga Reddy district to participate in large numbers in Chalo Assembly. Kodandaram came down heavily upon the state police machinary for foisting bindover cases against Telangana activists.
TNGO leader Deviprasad and TGO leader V. Srinivas Goud, Vithal, TRS leaders A Chandrasekhar, Parigi MLA Hareeshwar Reddy also participated in the program.
