The official emblem of Telangana state was designed by noted Telangana artist Aelay Laxman.
The emblem contains the historic Kakatiya Toranam and Charminar in it. The words “Government of Telangana” are written in three languages around the emblem. While the emblem is in Green color, there is a gold colored circle around it.
The emblem has been reviewed by KCR and approved by him. It would be used on the invitations for the swearing-in ceremony of KCR on 2nd June.
