Munugode bypoll: All set for counting of votes

Officials have made adequate arrangements for the counting of votes held for the Munugode Assembly by-election. The counting would begin around 8 am on November 6 and early trends will be out by afternoon.

The counting will be held on 21 tables in 15 rounds. In one hour three to four rounds of counting will take place. 93.16 per cent of polling was registered which is a record compared to the last election.

Out of 2,41 855 voters, 2,25,192 voters have exercised their vote. In each round 21 polling booths will be taken up beginning with the Choutuppal mandal and followed by other mandals.
