Mr Modi is not the PM but a salesman, CM KCR alleges.

The Telangana chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao accused Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi of not acting like the one but acting like a salesman selling away the country.

The country went back under his regime with his unsound policies and not a section of the country was happy with his ruling.

Mr Modi’s acts such as campaigning for Mr Donald Trump, and lobbying for Mr Adani in Sri Lanka only damaged the image of the country. During the past eight-year rule of Mr Modi, inflation reached high and so also did the essential commodities. Corruption reached an all-time high and also unemployment a record level ever.

Mr Modi let down the farmers with three draconian laws, soldiers, unemployed youth, and all the middle classes.

The chief minister Mr KCR was peaking at a function held at Jalavihar where Oppositionpresidential candidate Mr Yashwanth Sinha was honoured and expressed his support of his candidature.

Mrt KCR urged all the Parliamentarians of the country to vote as per their conscience to protect and preserve the democracy. Mr Yashwanth contributed a lot to the country in various capacities and is most suitable for the post of President of India.

In his address to the TRS MLAs, MLCs, Ministers and other functionaries thanked the chief minister Mr KCR for his unstinted support and showered encomiums on him for the excellent progress the Telangana made under his regime. He said a leader like Mr KCR is needed for the country.

Earlier in the day, the chief minister Mr KCR, IT minister Mr KTR, other ministers, and several others received Mr Yashwanth Sinha at Begumpet airport and escorted him in a grand bike rally with thousands of cadres of TRS.

Mr Yashwant Sinha was overwhelmed with the warmth shown by Mr KCR and his partymen. He said irrespective of the outcome of the election, the fight against the divisive forces would continue and he would be in touch with Mr KCR forever in his fight.
