The TRS working president and state IT minister Mr K T Rama Rao described Mr Modi as the most disgraceful prime minister the country had ever seen.
The Prime Minister was unable to stomach the Telangana that is making rapid strides in development compared to his native state Gujarat. He developed animosity towards Telangana and spewed venom during his thanksgiving response in Rajya Sabha to President’s speech.
Instead of infusing confidence among the countrymen, he was only dividing them with his hate speech and wrong decisions. Neither he sanctioned a rupee for development nor any educational institution to the newly formed Telangana state, but now insulting the sacrifices of people. The Telangana state is the result of a prolonged struggle and hard work done by Mr KCR in mobilising the support of more than 30 political parties across the country.
Mr Modi after coming to power turned a blind eye towards the implementation of promises made in the bifurcation Act be it the railway coach factory, steel factory at Bayyaram, tribal university, medical colleges, and many others, Mr Rama Rao pointed out.
The IT minister was taking part in various developmental works at Ibrahimpatnam where he addressed the gathering on Wednesday.
The IT minister took strong objection to Mr Modi’s remarks that amounted to blatant lie and insult to five decade long separate Telangana agitation.
Referring to the remarks against Mr KCR on his observations on the need for change in Constitution, Mr KTR described him as a true Ambedkarite and the people of the state know it well.
The BJP leaders should now stop their double standards and work for people, he said.
