Telangana IT and Industries Minister lauded the efforts of Procter and Gamble company in its efforts creating awareness among people during the corona pandemic.
Inaugurating it’s new manufacturing unit at Penjarla village in Kothur Mandal of Shadnagar with education Minister Ms Sabitha Indra Reddy the Minister said the first unit was laid foundation by the chief minister Mr KCR in 2014.
In the past six years, the company grew with an investment of Rs 200 crore and now the new facility will employ more people.
Mr KTR also observed that the future belongs to liquid detergents rather than cakes. He appreciated the P&G staff for setting up the new unit in Hyderabad.
Several local elected representatives were present.
