The Health Minister Mr T Harish Rao shot a volley of questions while listing out the promises made by the BJP leaders on various occasions. Stating that the promise of legal status to minimum support price to farmers by PM Mr Modi did not see the light even after one year, he mocked the promises being made by local BJP leaders in Munugode.
The BJP leaders are promising a pension of Rs 3,000 in Munugode. They made the same promise in Dubbaka and Huzurabad in the past. They made shameless promises in GHMC elections and its MP D Aravind duped turmeric farmers in Nizamabad.
What the BJP leaders are up to is just Goebbels propaganda and telling people a bundle of lies without any shame or regret. The TRS government and CM KCR drove away the fluoride problem in Munugodu, set up two medical colleges in Nalgonda, rebuilt Yadadri temple, and gave the Rythu Bandhu amount to the highest number of farmers in Munugode. The list goes endless, the minister said.
Mr Harish Rao sought to know who and why the election was forced upon the people of Munugode now. It was just for the personal benefit of K Rajagopal Reddy the by-election was necessitated. He sought to know how the people of Munugode would benefit if BJP candidate K Rajagopal Reddy wins the seat.
When the people of Modi’s Gujarat ate getting a pittance of Rs 750 pension, how come he promises Rs 3,000 pension to Munugode people. The country went back on all fronts under the BJP rule and is even backward in the hunger index compared to Bangladesh and Nepal. What a shame, he said.
What all the BJP gave to people is an increase in prices of gas cylinder, fuel, and essential commodities and a fall in the rupee value. Mr Harish Rao urged the people of Munugodu not to believe BJP leaders and instead vote for the TRS party for development.
