IT minister KT Rama Rao will participate in a series of developmental programmes, including laying of the foundation stone to two-bedroom flats, in the city on Thursday. He will undertake a whirlwind tour of the city.
Rao will lay foundation stone for two-bedroom flats at Rasoolpura Crossroads, Musheerabad Lambada Tanda, Sri Saicharan Colony, Kangarinagar, Pilli Gudiselu, Saraladevi Nagar, Riayasat Nagar, Jangammet, Mysaram, Parthiwada, Mangadi Basti and Haridaspur _ in the city.
The state government decided to construct around 8,650 flats, each costing `6.81 lakh, in current financial year, said GHMC’s official release on Wednesday.
