Veteran Telangana leader Konda Lakshman Bapuji has been hospitalized with a brain stroke. He was admitted into Yashoda Hospital in secunderabad and kept in ICU. Attending doctors have said that Bapuji is stable they will be keeping him under observation for 48 hours.
Telangana activists and leaders have visited the hospital and enquired his family about his health condition.
Even at an age of 97 years, Konda Lakshman Bapuji is taking an active part in the Telangana agitation. In November 2011, Bapuji has sat on a week long deeksha in New Delhi and followed it up with Sadbhavana Yatras to the Seemandhra region.
