KCR to meet distressed farmers from tomorrow

BRS Party chief KCR is personally stepping into the field to uplift the spirits of farmers who are grappling with dried-up crops and untimely rains. While other political parties are engrossed in candidate selections and election preparations, KCR is prioritizing standing by the farmers.

The former CM will tour districts and visit agriculture fields from March 31. KCR’s decision to directly engage with farmers demonstrates the BRS Party’s commitment to farmers’ welfare. BRS adopts a dual strategy of supporting the farmers and pressuring the government to act.

The party is advocating against farmer suicides and pledge to hold the government accountable for its actions. BRS plans to gather comprehensive data on crop damage and farmer conditions to build pressure on the Congress government.

On March 31, KCR will first tour Devaruppala mandal in Jangaon district followed by Thungathurthy mandal in Suryapet district, and Haliya mandal in Nalgonda district.
