TRS supremo KCR has started his mission in Delhi. Today, he met Lalu Prasad Yadav, Ram Vilas Paswan and Sharad Yadav and solicited their support to the Telangana Statehood bill.
Speaking to media after the meeting, RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav reiterated his support for Telangana statehood. He praised KCR’s tireless efforts to achieve statehood to Telangana. He assured that RJD members would vote for Telangana Bill in both houses of Parliament.
In the afternoon, KCR met Lok Jana Shakti leader Ram Vilas Paswan. Even Paswan assured KCR that his party would back the Telangana Bill. Paswan reminded that he has been a supporter of the Telangana movement from 1969.
Even Janata Dal (U) President Sharad Yadav also said that his party has been supporting the Telangana statehood demand.
KCR thanked all the three leaders for their support. KCR is expected to meet leaders of other parties from tomorrow.
