Warangal, July 6 : Telugu Desam Party politiburo member Kadium Srihari on Friday stated that the TDP has to once again make its stand clear on Telangana statehood issue.
Talking to media persons after participating in the Station Ghanapur Coordination committee meeting at Raghunathapally in Warangal district, Kadium Srihari said that the party has to make its stand clear on the Telangana issue as some misconceptions prevail in a section of people over the issue.
Though the TDP has passed a resolution in the Mahanadu and mentioned its stand by giving a letter through party president N Chandrababu Naidu to the Centre, he said that some misconceptions still prevail among a section of Telangana leaders which was leading to frequent demands for making its stand clear on the statehood issue.
He said that the party has to send a fresh letter making its stand clear on statehood issue to facilitate the Centre take a decision on the issue. (INN)
