A place like Gurugoan where the IT industry is flourishing is witnessing disturbed environment now due to communal violence. In Telangana there is no caste or religious feud. The proactive steps and congenial atmosphere built by the visionary leadership of CM KCR resulted in massive IT industry growth in Telangana.

But in 2022-23, the IT exports witnessed a growth of 31.4 per cent reaching a figure of Rs. 2.41 lakh crores.Of the total IT jobs in the country, the Telangana state accounts for 44 per cent.

The minister reminded that today an acre of land in the state in areas like Kokapet commands Rs. 100 crore and it is up to the Opposition leaders to understand why. But for the visionary leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, it would not have been possible, he said.
