One of the biggest book exhibitions in the country, the Hyderabad Book Fair will be held from December 22 to January 1. It will be held at Kala Bharathi grounds at Lower Tank Bund. The fair will be open between 2 pm and 8.30 pm. On holidays, it will be open between 1 pm and 9 pm.
There would be around 300 stalls putting about 10 lakh books on sale belonging to Telugu, English, Hindi, Urdu and other languages. It is one of the events held in the state capital that people from across the state wait for.
There would be lectures and discussions by academics, writers, poets and intellectuals on contemporary issues.
