TRS MP B Lingaiah Yadav, MLA G Kishore and others urged the election Commissioner Vikas Raj to disqualify BJP candidate K Rajagopal Reddy. They said he resorted to quid pro quo accepting huge contracts from the BJP and girded the election on the people.
The TRS leaders said Mr Rajagopal Reddy himself told a local television channel that he took a Rs 18,000 crore contract from the BJP and joined the party. He resigned his MLA seat from Congress party. Mr Lingaiah Yadav said the BJP candidate made a mockery of democracy. He reportedly offered a share of the contract to leaders Etela Rajender and Vivek.
It is nothing but insulting the self respect of people of Munugode to please Amith Shah and Modi.
People should teach a lesson to BJP leaders for their unpleasant games. The TRS party flag will fly high in Munugode come what may, the TRS leaders said.
