The festival should be celebrated in such a way that it helps promote harmony and peace among the people. The Raksha Bandhan is part and parcel of the Indian culture that is being celebrated since times immemorial, the chief minister said.
The ministers and other elected representatives of the ruling TRS party too conveyed their greetings to the people of the state.
